Item photos on packing slip

Has anyone tried to implement this? There was a contribution back in 2006 that did this. I'm hoping to add it to 2.5.4 because I am having a bit of trouble with shippers who pack items without checking that it was in the correct location or bin. My hope is that if there is a photo of the actual item the customer is expecting then I will have fewer shipping errors.
If/when I get it running (if no one has done it and is willing to share), I shall post the changes here. Just really busy with Xmas orders...

Haven't done photos - the thumbnails would need to be tiny (magnifying glass!) to fit on a packing slip that had more than a few items. IMHO.
What I have done however, at the request of a client, is add a new product entry for location/picking bin that appears on either invoice or packing slip. Can't remember which, offhand.

One of our suppliers prints out pull labels with a photo of each item for the bags. That is what I am trying to get running eventually. We have enough mixups with the wrong part going out where a photo would make it obvious (OK, idiots can still ship wrong, but then you know they are idiots and can be trained).
