How can I change the box headings

Hi,
I am wanting to change the actual box headings. For example, I want to change the heading 'Categories' to 'Groups'.

I have looked through the guide and have conducted a search. I have had success with making some changes but just not to the headings.

I just sorted it out. I made the change in english.php. It's obvious really, I was just looking in the wrong spot.
