Help Changing infobox headings from text to an image

there was another post, but was incomplete on how to do this.
I would like to change the infoboxes from text to images:

ex: remove categories and replace it with an image i created that says categories in a cool font. Please help. thank you in advance[/i]

Ive managed to change all the images except for the Category Box.. Please help

the method posted here worked forr all but the category.. thanx
