    Default Security certificate alert

My clients are using Shared SSL, and we werent having any problems til recently, and there is a pop up that shows in IE and in netscape:

I clicked on the install certificate, which stopped it for me, but she is losing customers due to this, because they are in fear that it isnt safe. Is there anything I can do on my end?

Ok, I wasnt able to copy and paste what they say, so I had to type them out... hopefully there arent any typo's

    Ok, on netscape it says:
Unable to verify the identity of deuce.thedesignshoppe.com as a trusted site.
    Possible reasons for this error:
your browser doesnt recognize the Certificate authenticity that issued the site's certificate.
The sites certificate is incomplete due to a server misconfiguration
You are connected to a site pretending to be deuce.thedesignshoppe.com possibly to obtain your
    confidential information
Please notify the site's webmaster about this problem.
Before accepting this certificate, you should examine this site's certificate carefully. Are you wiling to
accept this certificate for the purpose of identifying the website deuce.thedesignshoppe.com?

    On IE it says:

Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate.
The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority.

The security certificate date is valid
The security certificate has a valid name matchign the name of the page you are trying to view.
    Do you want to proceed?

This has nothing to do with osCMax, and is a ssl certificate issue. The certificate needs to be installed properly with the correct CA bundle/certificate.

What type of cert is it? Comodo? GeoTrust? something else?

I will find out. So, if I change anything in the configure.php files it wont make any difference? I just want to make sure that I havent done anything wrong.

    No,

The configure php files cannot correct a bad CA bundle. You are correctly pointing to the certificate, and the browser is saying there is a problem with it.

If you were getting a warning that the domain did not match the certificate domain, you could simply change the configure.php to point to the correct ssl domain, but that is not the case here.
