Download Issues OSCMax RC2

[Cisco]

I get the following error:

Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home/content/C/i/s/Cisco281/html/catalog/download. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid.

I have checked and it is there, I have also checked the confige.php nad it all seams to be right.

Any ideas?

Have you chmod the directory? 644 or 744
