Problem with checkout

seems to be a problem with checkout in the v2 with following error;

I had that problem too, but I found out that if you enter a Billing Address the error dissapears.

But I've got a problem on the next page. When I click the confirmation Button i'm kicked back to the first dialog and no order is generated.

I have this same error on my store... Does anyone know of a fix yet?
