Shipping rate not showing up.

Now this did work, but i have messed about turning different shipping modules on and off whilst trying to configure my payment module. Now despite turning them all off and then the right one back on none show up at all. I thing its something to do with the interaction with the customer groups module.

Is there an easy way to "flush the settings" for this bit without going back to a fresh install. I have tried turing the cache off (if it matters).

You might have to do a bit of poking around in phpMyAdmin - Configuration table - Look for installed payments .... remove all the file names - go back into osCMax- Install then UNINSTALL everything you have played with.... then install just the one or two you need.
