I have a very urgent problem that must be fixed today. For some reason, customers are not asked for a shipping address when they are checking out. I don't know why, but they just aren't. When I view the invoice for an order, it says Shipping Address and then has no data in it. If I manually create an order in the administration panel, and add their shipping address there, it works fine. How can I fix this problem?
