Adding credit card logos

I want to add credit card logos to the payment page, but I can't find the php file for the payment page.

Where is it?

Depending on the payment module your using: /catalog/includes/modules/payment/*.php

or maybe you want
/templates/fallback/checkout_payment.tpl.php
