Help on 2 issues Please

I have gotten thru the install but I am now getting this issue
Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp\sess_801f693e73034012aabeaf179807104b, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\dbcomics\includes\f unctions\sessions.php on line 67
Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.

Also, when I put the admin@localhost.com and password admin into teh admin site, it doesn't log me in and doesn't error. Its acting like I am locked out

Store session in DATABASE not files.

Reinstall but DON'T import...or edit both configure.php files.
