Thread: Customer cannot login, redirected back to login page

  1. #1

Default Customer cannot login, redirected back to login page

    Im stumped

I can create customer accounts all day long, but when I attempt to login as a returning customer, the page flashes briefly and brings me back to the login page. If I have items in my cart and attempt to login to checkout it does the same as before, but also dumps my cart too.

    Im running on:

    IIS 5.0
    MySQL 4.1.9
    PHP 4.3.10

    site is http://www.4trm.com/catalog/index.php

    Any help would be GREAT!!!

Default RE: Customer cannot login, redirected back to login page

Does anyone have any idea to help me? I cant for the life of me figure out why this is happening. I can go into the admin side and see that they have logged in but, the customer still gets thrown back to the login page and dumps his/her shopping cart. This is the one thing that is keeping me from going live with this, and it has begun to drive me nuts
