Install Fails on Database Import

Howdy. I am trying to install a fresh copy of MS2-MAX. I got all my database stuff setup. I go to http://myserver/catalog/install/ and after I enter the database info the next page only partially loads. There is nothing after the line that reads

<p><b>Database Import</b></p>

I checked my apache and mysql log files and don't see any errors. I am pretty lost on this one.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. ms2-max.sql only loads part way than stops no errors.
