Add Delivery Price based on Total Price

hi all,

Besides osC being able to add different delivery pricing depending on total weight of products in cart, is there a way to add extra Delivery Pricing based on Total Price??

so for example, if the order is less than £99.99 then the delivery is £3.00, else if the order is more than £100.00 then the delivery price is £10.00.

Hope this makes sense. Can someone help me on this?
