Added a new module that shows all categories and subcategories. Subcategories fly out to the right on mouseover, similar to the old Superfish menu. The menu collapses to something similar to the stock osCommerce menu on small viewports.

The original simple menu is still in the package, so you can install and conpare the two. There are screenshots of both versions as well.
