(oscmax.queimex.com) Second tax rate and description not showing in catalog. (Oscmax 2.5.3)

Hi,

I am rebuilding my store from osCMax v2.0 RC3 to osCMAX 2.5.3. I am trying to understand why the second taxes would not show on the check out page. I have followed the tax set-up as shown in the wiki docs for oscmax. But in my catalog checkout page my second tax will not show up no matter what modification I try to make in admin. My descriptions are there and tax % as well. Every product is set to taxable item and mystore as well is set to taxable item by default in admin. I tried changing the order priority of the taxes rates but nothing something seems to make my second tax for Quebec appear in the checkout.
