Emails are being sent from generic hosting email - NOT from store email address

I have set up the store, and when customer receives order confirmation it does not come from sales@mydomain.com, but rather from myusername@myhostingcompany.com

Has anyone ever ran into anything like this and what do I need to look for to fix this?

That has been set, i have same email in E-Mail Address and E-Mail From sales@mydomain.com

Issue resolved!

My email was being taken care thru Google Apps, I had to E-mail Exchange settings and set it to remote(was local) and then I still had to create local non functioning e-mail(sales@mydomain.com)

That fixed the problem.
