Order processing flow ???

Hello all,


I want to know oscmax order processing flow corresponding to order status.
in short i want to know the states for all order status that oscmax has i.e. 'Pending', 'Processing', 'Customer Comment', 'Customer Comment(DL)', 'Preparing [Paypal standard]', 'Preparing [Paypal IPN]'.

I have tried it but does not get proper results.

Pending -> Processing -> Delivered (Is standard)

[PayPal] is appended when using that payment processor

Customer Comment is when the customer comments on an order in the system.

That is it ... you can add more as you see fit to match your existing business processes.

can u tell me some more about status 'Customer Comment(DL)' and 'Preparing [Paypal IPN]'.

Those are related to downloads and Paypal IPN.

Preparing paypal IPN is an automatic status that the IPN module sets when payment has not been confirmed by paypal yet. This is so you don't ship goods on an uncleared payment or allow downloads on an uncleared payment.


'Customer Comment(DL)' is a status for when a customer makes a comment on a download order.
