    Okay I figured out the problem. There is no more home delivery quotation. So for example if a user doesn't enter in company information, there is no ground delivery option.


    I went ahead and disabled the surcharge value in the admin page and now home delivery is showing as an option. HAHAHA well thanks guys as usual sometimes I should just be more careful/patient!

    Uh, that is not correct. We have customers shipping using FedEx Ground/Home quite a bit....

    yeah i guess there was a problem me with putting 1.00 in the surcharge field. changed that to 0 and viola, it works.!
