    Exclamation Rogue File?

    I was looking to mod the coupon handling, wanting to exclude some products, when I came across:
    catalog / admin / coupon_restrict.php

    This appears to have not changed in quite some time (same in v2.0.15) and has actually got nothing to do with coupons. It's a page that nearly replicates the server information one. I think it should be deleted.
