please suggestions for my site

I think the site is very slow to navegation..

The site contains 9500 products or more.

1) Get rid of those stupid adverts that scroll up from the bottom of the page - they block your navigation.

2) Your site is slow because your images are massive! And I mean MASSIVE! Your index page is almost 4Mb!!

3) Check your server load - go to admin panel -> Tool -> Server Info ... should be 3 numbers at the end of the Server Up Time row (about 5 down) - post them here ... they should be around 1 or less.

4) Your Favicon should be much smaller!

You really need to improve loading time, it took 22 seconds to load. A lot of pple will click away rather than wait this long.
Use Gzip compression, add expires headers , these will help.
I use GTMetrix as a tool to check my load speeds, its free and very useful.

the images and others 4s

how add expires headers and use gzip compression?

Hmmm ... odd one that - I loaded your store and it loaded a load of adverts - probably my fault - so apologies if it was.

Add this to .htaccess for the expires

GZip is in the admin panel - Administrator -> GZip Compression.

For your images:
1) Check you need them
2) Make sure they are the correct size for display - do not let the browser scale the images
3) Make sure they are 72dpi so you don't waste space
4) Run something like Smush It (http://)or better still use the FireFox addin as it will make you life easier.

You index.php is still taking 7 seconds or so to load - I can not see why at the moment ... if you have a PC try running Fiddler2 (http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/)to have a look at which elements are taking the longest.
