Image not loading

Hi, hoping someone can help me. I have an image that I am trying to put on a product. It is normal size, 14 kb, and cannot get it to show up, just the dreaded X in a box. I've tried the following, the product in question is Shea Butter, but we also sell t-shirts.

I've tried putting an existing T-shirt image on the new Shea Butter product - image doesn't show up
I've tried putting the Shea Butter image on an existing T-shirt product - image doesn't show up
I've tried deleting an old product and adding a whole new Shea Butter product - image doesn't show up

I really don't know what the problem could be? Can anyone offer any assistance? I can't think of anything else to try!

Hi.
The link you gives shows an Amazon product image. Have you downloaded the image to your pc and then uploaded this to your site or have you tried to put the Amazon-link image straight to your site?

So the questions stands - have you tried to 'hotlink' to amazon?
