Easy Populate error

Hi,

Using EasyPopulate 2.76g
When I upload a tab delineated txt file I'm getting the following:

Easy Populate 2.76i-MS2 - Default Language : english(1)
File uploaded.
Temporary filename:
User filename: TRIGHT_product_spreadsheet_latest.txt
Size: 0
##Can not open file for reading. Script will terminate.

Anyone seen this before - looks like it's accepting the file but there is nothing getting uploaded. Our file is very large. This is a fresh site - no prior products on the site - tried uploading with and without header titles.

ALWAYS start with a 'dummy' product on your site and download various combinations of EasyPopulate. This way you know the format to upload.
ALWAYS use headers.
Read the included documentation on the Admin. page.
Increase sever timeouts, if you've already increased the default 300 EP items.
