USPS fine in US but errors out for canada shipping?

Is the error supposed to happen when shipping to Canada because usps can't feed the info to the usps module or could it be the module itself that may be causing the error?

Everything is fine when shipping within the US.

Anyone see this before? I Looked all over the forums. I hope I didn't miss a post concerning this.

Any suggestions as to where to start looking?

yep, the international names have changed so you have to correct the database for USPS.
