Incorrect 2CO module in OsCmax according w/ 2checkout ?

Hello,

I'm using 2CO as a payment option. When setting eveything up with 2CO, they sent me this notification:

It appears that you are not using the correct 2Checkout module for osCommerce. Please install the module found at the URL below:
http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5343

Please confirm if OsCmax is using this (latest) version of 2CO module or if I have to change it manually.

After a cursory glace I would say "no" ...

In the install package there is a file called pm2checkout_process.php in the catalog folder - I can not see that in the osCmax source.

Also the content of the pm2checkout.php files have significant differences.

Unfortunately, as I have never used this payment provider I can not help further. I would try and install it - backup first and then install as per instructions. Payment modules normally go straight in with no changes.

Let us know if it works and we can add it to the BugTracker for replacement.

As a side note - this payment provider seems rather expensive!

5.5% on all transactions + 0.49c

Google and PayPal are 3.4% + 20p (in UK) ...

This is the answer from 2CO. I think it's important to take it into consideration, then I share it here.

I'll update once I've installed the module.

The module that you are currently using has a know number format issue in the total which will cause a parameter error in our purchase routine if the sale is over $1,000. I suggest using the module found at the URL below as it does not experience this issue.

Paypal and Google are still 'First World ONLY' solutions... Sad...

If you get this working properly could you please submit a bugtracker report so we can upgrade the payment module in the source code.

Ok, fixed with the original mod; and 2CO said:

So it works correctly now with original mod, not the one available in OscMax.

Thanks for posting in BugTracker.

I have updated the source code to use the new module. I have also updated the images used and moved them into the correct images/icons folder.

I have tried testing but the return URL out of the box goes to demo.oscommerce.com - So I suspect that the return URL is set in the merchant control panel?

Can you confirm that this works? Or at least the return url is set in merchant panel?
